3. Is the nutritional information 100% accurate?

No, the nutritional data is AI-generated and should be considered an estimate. For personalized health or dietary guidance, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

4. How does the subscription work?

We offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription plans. All purchases and cancellations are managed through the App Store or Play Store. Visit your device settings to manage your subscription.

5. Can I cancel or get a refund?

Yes, but refunds are handled by Apple or Google depending on your platform.

6. How do I request deletion of my account data?

You can request deletion of your account data in two ways:

  • If you have the app installed: Go to ProfileSettingsAccount SettingsDelete Account → Select a reason → Click the DELETE button.
  • If you don't have the app: Please fill out our Data Deletion Request Form with your registered email and phone number.
